HOSPICE OF HOPE – OHIO VALLEY RECEIVES DONATION FROM FIRST STATE BANK
“It’s about how you live”, words from the Hospice Of Hope-Ohio Valley.
“You’re At Home With Us”, the motto at First State Bank. These two community organizations teamed up to help provide health care and support during a time when families need care the most. First State Bank understands the funds that Hospice Of Hope-Ohio Valley needs to operate to take care of the people in the community. The Bank recently re-introduced their logo campaign and included Hospice Of Hope – Ohio Valley to benefit from the promotion.
First State Bank appointed a Logo Patrol to scan the Ohio Valley area for people who had the Bank’s Magnetic logo attached to their vehicle. If that person came into any of the First State banking centers to claim their license plate, they would receive $20.00 and Hospice of Hope-Ohio Valley would receive $20.00. In addition to this promotion, First State Bank added to the amount, to make a $500.00 donation to Hospice of Hope-Ohio Valley. The donation will earmark for the capital campaign for Hospice of Hope-Ohio Valley’s Inpatient Center located within Adams County Regional Medical.
Everyone who claimed their license plate number at the bank were entered in a drawing to win two season pass tickets to King’s Island for 2007. The winner is Carol Huff from Peebles, Ohio. Mrs. Huff’s name was chosen on March 16, 2007.
First State Bank is located in Manchester, Peebles, Seaman, West Union and Winchester. If you would like to learn more about this community bank, log-on to their web page at www.fsbadamscounty.com.
