Bereavement services for Hospice of Hope

When a Hospice of Hope patient dies, our Family Bereavement Follow-up Program offers services to the family for the next 15 months. Support, grief support meetings, grief education, volunteers...and more is available in support of those who grieve.

Our Bereavement Chaplains, bereavement services and resources are offered to anyone in our community who is suffering grief and loss. A family member need not have been in the Hospice program to use our bereavement services.
