OUR HISTORY . . .
Hospice of Hope is a nonprofit, community based organization serving terminally ill children, adults and their families in Northern Kentucky and Southern Ohio. Started as a volunteer organization in 1988, Hospice of Hope received a grant from the Hayswood Foundation and became Medicare certified and fully staffed in 1990.

Classified as a rural hospice, Hospice of Hope covers more than 3800 square miles in Bracken, Fleming, Lewis, Mason, Pendleton and Robertson Counties in Kentucky and Adams, Brown, Clermont, Highland and Pike Counties in Ohio.

Since 1990, Hospice of Hope has served more than 3000 patients and families.

 

OUR CREDENTIALS:
Hospice of Hope is licensed by the Commonwealth of Kentucky, the State of Ohio, and the Kentucky Board of Pharmacy, and is certified by Medicare and Medicaid.

Hospice of Hope is a member of The National Hospice & Palliative Care Organization, The Kentucky Association of Hospices & Palliative Care and The Ohio Hospice and Palliative Care Organization and is accredited by Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations.

Recognized as a leader in rural hospice care, numerous staff hold specialized certification and advanced training in end-of-life care.
