This program, developed in response to requests from health care professionals and area residents, offers the same high-quality care for which Hospice of Hope has long been known. Our goal is to provide comprehensive, private duty care tailored to meet individual and family needs.
What is Private Duty Care?
Private duty care is a service of coordinated care provided by professionals in the privacy of one's home. Through initial assessment, we will work closely with you, your family and physician to determine your plan of care. With our comprehensive program, you can choose an individual service or a combination of services and customize them to meet your specific needs.
Areas of Assistance Include:
- Transportation
- Respite Services / Caregiver Relief
- Around-the-Clock Care
- Assistance with Household Duties
- Daily Assistance with Personal Care
How Do I Pay for This Service?
Care is provided on a fee for service, hourly basis with a four-hour minimum. You assume responsibility for the costs of care. Costs are tax deductible. Some insurance plans may cover private duty care. Our staff can assist in evaluating your specific policy and plan benefits.

Hope HomeCare is always looking for good Home Health Aides and/or STNAs for private duty care for clients in their homes in KY and OH. Prefer previous experience in a patient care position in a hospital, nursing home or as a private sitter. Flexible work schedule. Reliable transportation, current driver's license and proof of insurance required.
