ospice Care Center Rooms are special rooms where both Hospital staff and Hospice of Hope professionals care for hospice patients. Rooms offer a quiet, tranquil place where family members can remain at the bedside of their loves, in a home like setting. You’ll recognize immediately the soothing colors of the draperies and matching bedspreads, the private bath, comfortable furniture, artwork and over room décor looks more like home than a hospital room. The microwave, TV/VCR, decorations – everything was chosen for the comfort of the patient and family.
Who Can Use the Room?
The Hospice of Hope Care Center Rooms are available for hospice patients:
- Currently in the hospital and unable to be discharged
- Nearing death when care in the home is no longer possible
- Whose symptom management is uncontrollable
