When asked about
winning the bike Mr. Cord replied, “I’ve bought tickets three
years in a row for the bike. First, I bought five tickets, then
three tickets and this year just one. It goes to show that it
only takes one ticket to win.” Furthermore, Mr. Cord added, “I
am proud to have helped to support Hospice of Hope and this
fundraiser. I truly believe that this is a very worthy cause.”
Michael Parker,
Director of PR & Development for Hospice of Hope added, “I speak
for the whole organization by saying how fortunate we are to
have such wonderful support in and around our community.
Selling chances on such a specialized item can be tricky, but
most people will try a chance regardless of the item just to
support our mission, vision and values.” |
